06 / Visual Rules

CMY active, never loose.

The social system can be more expressive than procurement pieces, but it must still feel like print production.

Color

Use carbon, cream, and manila as substrates. CMY may be active as proof bars, registration blocks, crop-like edges, and job markers. Do not add a fixed secondary palette.

Type

Use Founders for headlines, Suisse for plain text, and Suisse Mono for specs, job IDs, sizes, deadlines, and quote prompts.

Print Craft

Use misregistration and overprint as evidence of process: proofing, alignment, production checks. Do not use it as random decoration.
